Bubble Garden - Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Bubble Garden account and all its data at any time.

How to ask

• In the game: Settings > Contact Support. The message already contains your player number; write "Delete my account" and send it.
• Or by e-mail to contact@rihanaty.com with the subject "Delete my account". So we find the right account, give us your player name and, if you used "Save with Google" or "Save with Apple", the e-mail of that account.

What is deleted

• Your game account: player number, name, avatar, progress (stages, stars, coins, lives, boosters, missions), statistics and game activity.
• Your link to Google or Apple, your notification token and your device identifier.

What we may keep

• The record of your purchases (product, date, order number) for up to 5 years, because tax and accounting laws require it. It is no longer linked to a game account.

We delete everything within 30 days of your request and confirm it by e-mail. Deleting the game from your phone does not delete your account: ask us as shown above.
