Bubble Garden - Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rihanaty LLC (MW Software tgl) ("we", "us") for the use of Bubble Garden ("the game"). By playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game on your devices for your own entertainment. The game, its art, sounds, characters and code belong to Rihanaty LLC (MW Software tgl) and are protected by law.

2. Your account

An account is created for you automatically. You are responsible for what happens on it. You may tie it to your Google account ("Save with Google") to keep your progress on another device. Choose a respectful name: offensive, misleading or inappropriate names may be changed, and accounts may be suspended.

3. Coins, lives, boosters and other virtual items

Virtual items have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to other players. You get a licence to use them in the game only. Their amounts and prices may change.

4. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policy. Except where the law or Google Play's policy requires otherwise, purchases are final. If a purchase did not reach your game, use Settings > Restore Purchases or contact us.

5. Ads

The game shows ads. Some ads are optional and give rewards; rewards are given only when an ad is watched to the end. "Remove Ads" removes interstitial and banner ads.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bugs, modified apps or tools, or try to harm the game, its servers or other players. We may remove rewards obtained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Leaderboard

Your name, avatar, stage and stars may be shown to other players on the leaderboard.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game at any time, including its content, prices and features. We try to keep the game available but do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or accidental losses, or for loss of data or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without limiting the consumer rights you have in your own country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
